SIZE CHART
The following are charts to help you in determining the right size to purchase.  Please keep in mind that most children’s clothing looks better big so it’s best to order up in size (especially for boys) if the child is in between sizes.  Height is the best predictor of size.

KOOKY KIDZ SHIPPING POLICY
Your Kooky Kidz merchandise will be shipped to a street address (no P.O. boxes please) in the 48 contiguous United States with Standard
shipping within approximately 2 business days from the date the order is placed via Standard UPS Delivery. UPS’s customary delivery time is 3-10 days from the date the merchandise is shipped.

Expedited Mailing and Deliveries to Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii:

3rd Business Day Delivery in the 48 Contiguous United States:

Delivery time is by the end of the 3rd business day from the date of shipment. The rate for 3rd Business Day Delivery is the Standard Shipping charge (see above chart) plus $7.50.

2nd Business Day Air Delivery in 48 Contiguous United States, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii.

Delivery time is by the end of the 2nd business day from the date of shipment. The rate for 2nd business day delivery is the Standard Shipping rate (see above chart), plus $14.50.

Saturday delivery
If you require delivery on Saturday, please make a note of it on your order. Saturday delivery costs an additional $12.50.

Orders will not be delivered on Sunday or on major Holidays.

Shipping Notification
As soon as each package leaves Kooky Kidz, we will send you an e-mail to let you know your merchandise is on the way.

Address verification
Please note Kooky Kidz reserves the right to ask the customer for additional information prior to shipping if the billing address of the customer does not match the billing address on the credit card used. If the customer is unable to verify the correct billing address, name and/or phone number for the billing address, Kooky Kidz reserves the right not to ship the merchandise or process the order. We provide this service as a further protection and security for our customers.

Please note – the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges of merchandise unless www.kookykidzonline.com sent the wrong size or item. Please note all returns must be sent via UPS or registered mail as we need a signature. Please note UPS’s standard practice is to make 3 attempts to deliver a package. After the third attempt, the package is returned to Kooky Kidz. In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive an online credit for the goods returned.

KOOKY LOCAL DELIVERY
Within the immediate Tampa Bay area:
Pick up your Kooky Kidz stuff in person.  No matter the size, we’ll have it wrapped and ready to be delivered.
Within South Tampa, delivery is FREE.  The bounds of South Tampa include territory south of Kennedy Blvd. south to MacDill Air Force Base from bay to bay.  This also includes Davis and Harbor Islands.
Tell us where you want it delivered.  Delivery within Tampa (north of Kennedy Blvd.), Brandon, New Tampa, Riverview and St. Petersburg is
$15.00.  Outside of that range of the Tampa Bay area, contact Mrs. Kooky regarding delivery.
Orders placed before 1 p.m. (M-F) will arrive the same day.
Orders placed after 1 p.m. will arrive the next business day.  

If you would like to experience the joy of local delivery within the immediate Tampa Bay area, choose Local Delivery as your delivery option at  checkout.  If you have any questions about the service, call Mrs. Kooky @ (813) 786-6916 or e-mail @ kookykidz@verizon.net, and your Kooky Kidz merchandise will magically appear at your door!

Preorder Information

Preorders are advance purchases made on items scheduled to ship at a future date. When you purchase any preorder items, these items are reserved for you and taken off from our available inventory. We will ship your orders when they arrive at Kooky Kidz. All preorder items are deemed purchased when your order is placed.

There are 2 payment options for preordering:

1. Paid in full using our regular checkout process at the time of placing your preorder. We offer 10% discount on preorders paid in full. Use coupon code: preorder.

2. If you do not wish to pay until we are ready to ship, you may email us your wish list with your phone number. We will contact you for credit card information within 24 hours after we receive your email. You will only be charged when your order is shipped. The 10% discount does not apply to these orders. This option is only available for US customers.

Please do not place preorder items and regular inventory items in the same purchase in order for the 10% discount to apply.

Because these items are no longer available for other customers to purchase, any canceled or returned items will be subject to a 25% cancellation or restocking fee. We will do our best to exchange sizes for you, but if unavailable a store credit will be issued.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain times before we can update our website.  If we do not have an item that you have
ordered in stock, we will contact you by e-mail.  Because we do not charge your credit cart until we ship your order, charges for out-of-stock
items will not appear on your bill.  If you would like to check availability prior to placing an order, you may contact Mrs. Kooky during regular
business hours at (813) 786-6916.

RETURN POLICY
At Kooky Kidz we choose only the best, most unique and kooky products we can find for our customer.  Kooky Kidz wants you to be absolutely Kooky over your purchase.  However, as parents, we all know that kidz can be kooky about what they wear and with their tastes at any point in time.  If you or your nearest and dearest Kooky is not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 14 business days of the receipt of the item(s) and we will provide you with an online store credit, less shipping costs.  

Unreturnable items include:
Undergarments, hats, swimwear, sale items and special custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.  Packaged and sealed toys may not be returned once opened.  In addition, opened CD’s cannot be returned or exchanged.   

Holiday Return Policy:
After Christmas SALE – All holiday items purchased after Christmas (December 26 to October 31) are FINAL SALE.  Therefore, returns of holiday merchandise must be received by Kooky Kidz no later than December 25.  Holiday items for Halloween purchased after October 15 will be considered final sales and will not be eligible for return credit.  

Exchanges
Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as if they were new orders.  Simply place an order for the new item online.  We will then process the new order and ship it out promptly.  Upon receipt of your return item(s), the credit card used for the original purchase will be credited.  

If you initially purchase multiple sizes of the same item (in order to check for size) and the one(s) that does not fit, we charge a 15% re-stocking fee on the returned item(s).  If you are unsure about sizing, please consult our size charts, or contact Mrs. Kooky via e-mail at kookykidz@verizon.net.  

Please include a copy of your receipt, which is included with each shipped order, along with a brief description of what the problem was with the merchandise.  Also, please include your instructions regarding your preference for an exchange or an online store credit.

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information as we would our own. All information submitted to Kooky Kidz Online is kept confidential. No personal information is ever shared, sold or distributed to third parties for any purpose.  Kooky Kidz Online uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data during transmission. SSL ensures that communication, (such as credit card submissions) is not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The information is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.  Our secure certificate is provided by Godaddy.com.

Fraud
We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping. In addition, when you place an order, your IP address, date, and time is collected. An IP address can be tracked to the computer used to place the order.
